What to include
Provide as much detail as possible in your message, here is some information we may have to ask for:
- About an order — your order number, and photos if something arrived wrong or damaged.
- About a listing — a link to it, and what you'd like a closer look at. Happy to take extra photos of corners, edges, centring or a slab's label before you commit.
- Selling us your collection — roughly what you have, what condition it's in, and where you are. Photos of the bulk help more than a list does.
