Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — we don't add fees afterwards.

We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order and we don't issue tax invoices. If you're buying through a business and expecting to claim an input tax credit, there won't be one to claim.

We try hard to price accurately, but as humans we sometimes make mistakes. If a listing goes up with a clearly incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order rather than honour it. If that happens you'll be refunded in full, immediately, and we'll tell you why.

Placing an order

When you check out you'll get an automatic email confirming we've received your order and your payment. We then check the item is still on the shelf, pack it, and send your tracking email — and that's the point the sale is locked in.

Almost every listing is a single unique item, and we also sell on eBay, so the same card can occasionally sell in two places within the same minute. On the rare occasion we can't fulfil an order, we'll refund you in full straight away and tell you what happened.

Stock

Unless a listing says otherwise, there is exactly one of each item. When it's gone — it's gone. We don't hold back stock for any reason, and we don't pre-sell items that aren't in stock.

Descriptions, photos and grading

We photograph and describe every item as carefully and accurately as we can so you can buy with a clear picture of what you're getting — however, please read the description and look over the photos, and make your own judgement that the item is right for you before you order. The photos on a listing are of the actual item you'll receive. The exception is sealed retail product, such as booster boxes, bundles and tins, where we may use stock images because one sealed unit is identical to the next.

Condition grades on raw cards are our own assessment. Grades on encapsulated cards are assigned by the grading company named on the label and are that company's assessment — we report it accurately, including the cert number where one is printed, but we don't stand behind another company's grading judgement. If a slab's cert doesn't verify against the grader's own database, that is our problem and our Returns & Refunds policy covers it.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and its payment providers. We dispatch once payment has cleared. See our Privacy Policy for what we do and don't see of your payment details.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees. Where we're permitted to limit our liability, it's limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to defraud anyone, don't try to break it, and don't scrape it. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it's fraudulent, and we'll refund it if payment has been taken.

The same goes for gaming the site. That covers using bots, scripts or other automated tools to watch stock or place orders, bypassing or tampering with the normal checkout, misusing or sharing discount codes, and splitting orders across accounts, emails or addresses to get around a limit on a listing. Where we reasonably believe an order was placed that way, we reserve the right to cancel it — refunded in full — and to decline future orders.

Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK Inc. PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC and TAG are trademarks of their respective grading companies. We're an independent reseller and aren't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you which that was.
