Who we are

bread collectables (ABN 82 522 798 153) is a Pokémon TCG retailer based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean bread collectables.

What we collect

Only what's needed to send you a parcel and answer your questions:

• Your name and shipping address — to address the parcel
• Your email address — to send order confirmations, tracking and replies
• Your phone number — used only for delivery notifications or issues
• Your order history — what you bought and when
• Anything you put in an email to us

What we never see

We never see your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Shopify's checkout and its payment providers. Your card number doesn't pass through this website and is never stored by us.

Who your information goes to

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. It goes to exactly three kinds of recipient:

Shopify

Hosts our checkout and stores order records. Shopify Inc. is based in Canada and processes data overseas.

Payment providers

Whichever provider you choose at checkout, to take the payment.

Australia Post

Your name, phone number and address, so the parcel can be delivered.

We'll also disclose information where the law requires it — which has not happened, and we'd expect to tell you if it ever did, unless we were prohibited from doing so.

Tracking and analytics

This website runs no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers and nothing following you to other sites.

We may store your cart information so your items are remembered across page reloads. That's held on your own device, is not shared with anyone, and can be cleared any time through your browser's settings. Shopify sets its own cookies once you reach checkout, governed by Shopify's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Email correspondence is kept while it's useful for supporting you and deleted when it isn't.

Seeing or correcting your information

Email support@breadcollectables.com.au and we can correct anything that's wrong, and delete what we're not legally required to keep. There's no charge and you don't need to give a reason.

Changes to this policy

If we start using analytics, email marketing, or anything else that changes what we collect, we'll update this page and change the date at the top before it starts — not after.
